Carolin is not fit for this property manager role. She only takes care of herself and the family members she hired to work here. They live in modern upgraded apartments meanwhile the rest of us cannot get simple repairs done. No one answers the phone, calls back or replies to emails. Read previous reviews and look elsewhere.

I live here for some years and im stuck because my kids go to school. these are old trashy apartments there are ROACHES ! BUGS ! RATS! Bad maintenance! They keep increasing rent and dont updrage anything! I have allergies because of living here the city should shut them down!

A 1 star is generous if I could give a one star I would!!!! This may seem like a great place to live at when driving through the scenic entry but little do you know. Management is HORRIBLE! They will show you a beautiful apartment and move you into a old, dirty, cockroach filled apartment. All they want is that $$$$$$$. Maintenance manager Luis will never get back to you and is “never” in the office. He does not take responsibility for anything! Overall this place is not worth moving into. STAY ...

The management does not action noise complaints. Some Residents do not follow renters policy and party with loud music day and till late night. Management does not violate policy breakers and tenants who follow policy gets to deal with the nuisance which is not fair.

Evergreen Meadow Apartments are full of Roaches

We have been going through this issue about two months. Roaches have been found in the kitchen, restrooms, under and above the stove. Now we have started seeing in our living rooms. We are so scared to go in our own home and it's been very stressful. We are unable to enjoy our meal. So far, exterminator has been coming and treating our building. There is NO improvement at all. Also, they wait until fifteen days in between for next treatment and by than roaches spreads out so many that it’s ...
unpleasant to live in this apartment. We have given enough opportunity to fix this issue. After all this treatment roaches are still present and getting worst.

We went to the rental office where Carolin gave us a tour and was so helpful and sweet. She assured us we would have our dream apartment here, and we did! The wooden floors and balcony are beautiful!
