We have lived here for a few months and I was surprised to see any negative reviews. Our apt is in great condition and we love being able to walk to downtown. Less than a mile. The rent is priced right. We will stay for a while!

Please don't move in here. The price is so low cause the quality of these apartments are low. If you want bugs, horrible management and mold in your apartments then this is the place for you. Otherwise move somewhere else and make sure it's not somewhere owned by cycle real estate. They are garbage
