July 18, 2025I was lured in by how peaceful and lush the community seemed when I toured it however once I moved in I noticed the lack of parking, noise, and constant smell of smoke. The apartment I moved into has also had many maintenance issues and overall is very outdated for the price of rent.Property Manager Responded

Great Staff and Great Location
June 17, 2024There's so many apartments in the area ,but what puts Evergreen a cut above the rest is its staff! The staff really goes out of the way to make you feel comfortable pre-sale and after you've already become a resident. While everyone is great, I really want to shout out Molina and James S for going above and beyond. Great place to live.
August 6, 2023We’ve lived here comfortably for over 4 years now and have never really had an issue. It’s spacious for the price and parking is never really an issue. We’ve always felt safe here and love our little home. One small complaint would be due to the beautiful greenery, there’s spiders. Worst Management in Rancho
September 15, 2020I've lived in third apartment for 8 months. Every work order and complaint I've ever had has been adressed but not really taken care of. I've had the cops called to our building several times by their employee, my house key was held onto by their staff for 2 weeks and I haven't gotten my keys replaced or locks changed. I haven't had a key to the laundry room for two months. Cant wait to leave I've called corporate asked to speak with a regional manager and still cant get my issue taken care of ...What's wrong with these peopleProperty Manager Responded

Amazing staff
August 19, 2018Great place to look into. The staffs are super polite and they will work with you as much as they can to get you in your new home. Felt very warm welcoming when entering the leasing office. Out of all my experiences of searching. I have to say by far this was the best experience I have ever encounter. The staff member who help me was India and she is absolutely amazing! Hands down one of the best property managers we have ever work with. She is very prompt on responding to all questions and kept ...excellent communication throughout the whole process. A great complex.
July 7, 2018You can’t beat the location. Great school district, a 2 minute drive to Target shopping center with all the great stores and a movie theater. 5 minutes to Victoria Garden and all it has to offer.Property Manager Responded

You pay for all the utilities plus rent.
May 16, 2017You divide the usuage of the utilities with your surrounding neighbors (except electricity) so even if you conserve water, you'll still end up paying for someone elses use. Some employees are very authoritative, they will confront you and ask you questions and disregard how they make you feel. The NEW AC units are very LOUD, you could hear and feel the vibration of the AC units through the wall.Review from Apartments.com
