not to bad
September 28, 2021they did a pretty good job with renovating-but still needs some work. My apt needs a patio screen- and new slats on sliding blinds and a screen on bedroom window parking is not the best 7 handicap parking spots-$25 for covered parking(not to bad) you my not find a place near your apt It is an income restricted apt-so most of the people are low income. The security is not that good-only one dead bolt on the door. No package deliver to office-so your package is by your door-and can be seen by your ...door. 1 bdrm apts have W/D hookups-some have W/D in unit. It is pretty quiet-I am on 2nd floor,and hear some noise from 3rd floor. not not to bad 1 bdrm is 713 SQFT (large 1 BDRM)-is pretty big-for 1 0r 2 peopleRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
