Cockroaches,dirty place
January 29, 2025I wouldn't recommend this place at all extremely dirty old appliances that don't work properly cockroaches everywhere no housecleaning hallways stink like garbageReview from Apartments.com

October 27, 2017Lived here for 3 yrs and the management staff are extremely accommodating. Enjoy their monthly newsletters, few outdoor activities, including movies and cookouts. Maintenance staff are on grounds and very helpful and friendly. I only wish they would have controlled access. Reasonable rent for spacious apartments. Love it here, love my neighbors, Great Job, Evergreen Terrace :)Review from Apartments.com
