My neighbors aren't horribly loud or inconsiderate. The parking isn't bad, I always have a spot with a nice view of my vehicle from my apartment window. The staff have been kind so no complaints there. I do feel like my apartment could have been drastically cleaner upon move-in especially the carpet and the bathrooms and the kitchen cabinets and ...cupboards. I haven't had huge maintenance needs. As a resident that doesn't want all the amenities that most people do, we actually enjoy living here. The downside is you get tenants that have out of control kids, smell of cigarettes and Marijuana in the hallway and the occasional laundry room being broken. Overall for the size of the apartment the price is reasonable.

Zero on-site management, zero feedback on maintenance issues, consistently overloaded dumpsters, severe insect issues including wasps all over garage areas outside and brown recluse spiders in my apartment. Also they’ll ask you to switch utility companies, then won’t return your calls or emails when MUD stiffs you with a bill for the whole building since everything is outdated and ...not up to code.Read More
