I love love love the amount of space that I have for the dollar amount that I pay. I have only been living here 3 weeks and so far it has been fair. My neighbors aren't horribly loud or inconsiderate. The parking isn't bad, I always have a spot with a nice view of my vehicle from my apartment window. The staff have been kind so no complaints there. I do feel like my apartment could have been drastically cleaner upon move-in especially the carpet and the bathrooms and the kitchen cabinets and ...

Friendly front office. Email is my best way to communicate and manager always responds in a reasonable amount of time. Maintenance request was filled out and they were prompt with the issue. Overall good experience.

We have lived here for many years and all maintenance staff that have came have been wonderful! As a resident that doesn't want all the amenities that most people do, we actually enjoy living here. The downside is you get tenants that have out of control kids, smell of cigarettes and Marijuana in the hallway and the occasional laundry room being broken. Overall for the size of the apartment the price is reasonable.

Smoke smell

I have tried reporting the cigarette and Marijuana smell, and nothing has been done about it. The whole building stinks. Back when we first moved in the person working in the office was very attentive to the tenants issues.

Maintenance I'd the best! Management not so much as they change regularly. We've been here 4 years going on 5 and we've had Management change every 6 months. Overall good community and safe place to live. No amenities though.

I currently live at StonyBrook Apartments (Goldmark) and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a complex. Zero on-site management, zero feedback on maintenance issues, consistently overloaded dumpsters, severe insect issues including wasps all over garage areas outside and brown recluse spiders in my apartment. Also they’ll ask you to switch utility companies, then won’t return your calls or emails when MUD stiffs you with a bill for the whole building since everything is outdated and ...
