December 23, 2021Pretty clean place being its brand new. Lots of space for those with dogs. Horrible numbering system. Be prepared for missing mail, missing deliveries, and people ripping the community sign down in frustration. Plus nothing is lit to help deliveries.Property Manager Responded

November 15, 2021The property is very attractive, well maintained, quiet and filled with friendly folks. The staff are helpful and attentive and maintenance is responsive and effective. The deposited is low which is nice. Floors are great, appliances are top notch, kitchen is great to cook in, the whole place is great with natural light and easy to breath in because of the tall ceilings. Management was very helpful to us, working hard to make sure we had all I questions answered and our needs met as much as ...possible. Our townhouse is really spacious, modern, and comfortable; our neighbors are really kind and warm, and the management is very effective, welcoming, and supportive. It feels like living in a small town with all the perks of being in a metropolitan area. Also, the neighborhood is really kid and family friendly, and really safe; our baby loves to play outside and we enjoy interacting with our fantastic neighbors. We moved with the idea of renting ...for a while and then purchase a house in town at some point; but we are so comfortable and happy, and life is so easy here, that we don't feel any pressure to buy a house any time soon.
