Nice apartments, beware of busy street
April 16, 2023My experience at Evergreen has been pleasant. The apartment is nice and spacious. I feel safe in this complex. I also applied , got approved , and moved in within one week. I enjoy this apartment. Managers are nice & friendly. Pros: -Great maintenance ( responds quickly & professionally) Friendly staff -Up to date appliances & fixtures with beautiful finishes in kitchen & bath -convenient way to pay everything online -rent lease options Cons: -Traffic on Nelson rd is extremely busy but ...you have the convenience of being near everything -hardly any parking ( after 5 pm) -Dog poop on grass from pets -I’m on bottom floor & kids live upstairs. Noisy! ( I think they must be in track and gymnastics lol)Property Manager Responded

Dangerous workout room
February 27, 2017The fitness center here is poorly managed. many of the machines have problems that aren't addresses and could lead to injury but no one seems to care. throughout my stay that has been the case. sometimes it looks like no staff has been inside the place in days.Property Manager Responded

May 21, 2014The pool is the only nice thing about River Oaks at evergreen. the walls are paper thin. you can hear everything. the kitchens and bathrooms are severely out of date and need replacing. my a/c never works and we stay hot in here. The lady who manages this place is so rude! go down the street to a couple of new places. The rent here is sky high and for what you get it is not worth the money. Go elsewhere. I can't wait for my lease to end.Review from Apartments.com
