The overall Outdoor and Lobby areas are kept in excellent condition for the showing of the property. From the elevators to the apartment hallways are in terrible condition and needed to be addressed. The whole interior of the apartment hallways needs to be fixed from scrapes in the walls to uneven baseboards to a complete inside painting.

The shape of this place has deteriorated since I moved in. Rent keeps increasing and perks keep decreasing. Residents are doing most events on their own.

Overpriced, hallways and baseboards need painting and repair. The grounds are bare minimum taken care of. Residents are still allowed to park in the 4 future Resident parking spots, dog issues are never taken care of. Save yourself the trouble and rent elsewhere.
