March 2, 2026Wow! The first real winter in RVA and no shock with the electric bill (pardon the pun). Tat says something about how the ELSP was built and mantained. Ice and snow removal was exceptional. The contractor did not ecase cars in snow with the plows. Inside the managed to step it up a notch or two with activities to keep us from going stir crazy. February 21, 2026I love the property and the location couldn’t be better. No doubt new management has been able to get more done that any other management we’ve ever had.. New maintenance team is also the best we have ever had. Love the people that live here, there is a real sense of community here. Having lived here since the property opened, I have to say it has come a long way since new management arrived, however this property could have been perfect given the right attention. Property was just recently ...bought by Capital Square, so let’s hope they recognize that it needs a little bit of a facelift. Definitely some painting and has to be landscaped as it never was. I’ve heard good things about Capital Square and this place could use someone that really cares about keeping it up. Manager can only do so much and they have not disappointed! February 3, 2026I have recently moved from first floor to fourth floor. I have enjoyed my stay here at Everleigh. The convenience of the stores and eatery’s is what keeps me here. Our management is doing a better job and most residents are pleased with the change. I really am pleased with Everleigh Short pump. January 9, 2026there were no community events such as breakfast, social hour, 2 weeks before Christmas and now we have been advised that activities I signed up for have been cancelled to up to 2 weeks in the new year. This totals approximately 4 weeks which is not good at all for the residents. Me and others do not understand why this is happening and no one that I know is happy about it. When you sign up for events, and they are posted on the monthly calendar, then they should be done. Please get our ...community back to the social calendar as stated. December 15, 2025I have lived at Everleigh Short Pump for 3 years. I find it's location to be one of its major benefits. Everything you could every need is less than 1 mile away. The apartments are lovely, and the management is trying very hard to listen to and respond to resident's concerns. The maintenance team is top notch. December 2, 2025There are many things that I love about Everleigh Short Pump, including the elegant entrance, artwork in the hallways, comfortable, functional common areas, and lovely, roomy apartments. But what sets it apart from other 55 communities for me is the people, both management and residents. We are a real community, one where neighbors check on you if you don't leave your apartment for a day or two.This place has become my home and the people here are my other family.Property Manager Responded

October 27, 2025I continue to appreciate the location close to all the many amenities. Possible to walk across to Kroger’s for groceries and they have excellent Pharmacy for your prescriptions (easy to refill your prescriptions by phone!) Also other shops & eating in the complex. Even a spa; Sand and Stone covenantally located right across from Everleigh! The apartments are designed to meet your needs as far as rooms and size. Very comfy!!
