The office and maintenance people are working very hard to give the residents enjoyable events and are helpful with some of the questions we have. May 7, 2025We are so glad we moved to Everleigh. My husband & I really enjoy using the lap pool& are looking forward to our weekly workouts w the instructor. We have met many of the residents and enjoy our fellowship with them. We enjoy the special events & programs offered. We know & appreciate the efforts by staff to offer us a very special place to live. Our new maintenance staff is doing a great job answering & fixing our maintenance issues. Looking forward to planting our garden. My husband enjoys ...watching the tomatoes grow & ripen. As we move along our retirement path we hope to make this our home!Property Manager Responded

May 4, 2025I have been living here almost 2 years and I am still addressed in this community rewards system by my MAIDEN NAME. That speaks volumes about a management team who cannot be bothered with minutia when it comes to our personal sense of self-esteem. Simple point in fact: having lived here for almost 2 years, I have been unable to raise or lower the blinds in my apartment (with 16 windows) due to the fact that I am less than 5 feet tall and the cords to my blinds have been shortened, knotted, ...tied and re-tied and beyond my reach to raise or lower unless climbing on my couch in the living room. I have four joint replacements, 2 knees and 2 hips and SHOULD NOT HAVE TO CLIMB ON FURNITURE OR LADDERS TO PERFORM SIMPLE FUNCTIONS FOR VIEWING MY TELEVISION WITHOUT GLARE, SIMPLY because Everleigh has only agreed to fix this at my own expense. Need a handrail for bathroom? buy it and pay for it to be installed. (and leave it for next tenant, of course).Property Manager Responded

May 3, 2025I am happy with the community as a whole. However, too often yearly maintenance work is postponed for a long time. A year has gone by and the building/windows have not been cleaned. There should be more cameras for security purposes.Property Manager Responded

February 20, 2025Lately it has not been so good as people are failing to pick up after their dogs inside as well as outside the building. You would think it’s a 55 plus community so people would know better. Unfortunately that has not been the case.Review from Apartments.com
