October 27, 2025I continue to appreciate the location close to all the many amenities. Possible to walk across to Kroger’s for groceries and they have excellent Pharmacy for your prescriptions (easy to refill your prescriptions by phone!) Also other shops & eating in the complex. Even a spa; Sand and Stone covenantally located right across from Everleigh! The apartments are designed to meet your needs as far as rooms and size. Very comfy!! September 18, 2025The staff is working hard to improve the landscaping and the building was recently power washed. These are good steps. We can feel the cost cutting measures in our loss of morning meals and the changes to social hour. And the rents are wilding fluctuating which causes such distress among everyone. It is hard for me to image why I continue to live here based on the amount of money I pay but I do like it here. So, here I am.Property Manager Responded

June 1, 2025My best experiences at Everleigh are most of the residents are very friendly and cordial. I like the current management and maintenance teams, whom I find are extremely helpful in time of need. I also enjoy residing in a very quiet environment.Property Manager Responded
