  • Nasty property

    The carpet in stairwell, hallways, walls are Filthy.Elevator smells like urine. Dogs poop,urinate vomit in the buildings no one cleans up behind there pets which is hazardous. Supposed to be a smoke free property. It’s not!!! The management company haven’t done anything to resolve the problem.

  • Don’t waste your time

    There is literally dog poop everywhere so watch where you step. They will tow your car without a pass which also includes visitors. This means that you can’t have overnight guest and there are no visitors parking passes as well. Maintenance is terrible. The parking lots and side walks were not salted at all. I fell multiple times in the parking lot. It’s not worth all the money that has to be paid monthly, look else where.

  • Beautiful Community and Office Staff

    I’ve been Iiving at Everly for a couple months now and it’s been nothing but great. The community is gorgeous and the amenities are top notch. The office staff are very resident focused. They go above and beyond. Brittany , Sue, and Angelica are AMAZING! The customer service is impeccable. They host resident events monthly to keep everyone involved and it really feels like a family here at Everly. Five Stars Highly Recommend

  • Nightmare at Everly

    This apartment is a nightmare. My husband and I are ready to leave. Loud music, nasty neighbors dropping trash in the hallway, poor parking, fighting in the parking lot. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Apartment is nice online, but living here is a different story.

    Scheduled a tour and had an opportunity to work with Brittany. She’s absolutely amazing. The apartments offer so much more compared to the others in the area. You definitely get your moneys worth with all of the breath taking designs and amenities. Im happy we found a place to call home. Thanks Brittany and the Everly family for everything.

    Amazing apartments!!! I came to view Everly because I’m looking for a brand new apartment in the Largo area. Although your units are a too high for my budget I have to say I’m still impressed. When I came to tour I was late and you still accommodated me. Your Maintenance Supervisor Kujuan toured me and he sold me the apartment better than the leasing agent at my current place.
