    The carpet in stairwell, hallways, walls are Filthy.Elevator smells like urine. Dogs poop,urinate vomit in the buildings no one cleans up behind there pets which is hazardous. Supposed to be a smoke free property. It’s not!!! The management company haven’t done anything to resolve the problem.

    There is literally dog poop everywhere so watch where you step. They will tow your car without a pass which also includes visitors. This means that you can’t have overnight guest and there are no visitors parking passes as well. Maintenance is terrible. The parking lots and side walks were not salted at all. I fell multiple times in the parking lot. It’s not worth all the money that has to be paid monthly, look else where.

They go above and beyond. Brittany , Sue, and Angelica are AMAZING! The customer service is impeccable. They host resident events monthly to keep everyone involved and it really feels like a family here at Everly. Five Stars Highly Recommend
