September 15, 2025Everly place environment is recommendable especially for family. The whole place is neat, tidy, well maintained with facilities (pool, gym, function room, bbq pit and fireplace). Everly is beautiful aesthetically, we so love the landscape outside with beautiful flowers. We also like that we have a designated room for delivery packages separated with the mails. Amenities include garage parking at no added cost, a fitness room, a community room, and an outside pool. February 24, 2025Everly has become a home for myself and my family. The location is super convenient for shopping and all high ways. We love having a pool and access to a gym. The community area comes in handy when having friends over. Love that we get together as a building community when the front staff plans events for us.Property Manager Responded
