The staff is always friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever I need anything. The amenities are a huge plus — the pool, gym, and common spaces make it feel like resort-style living.

A complete waste of your time and money. My experience applying to The Everly at Morrison Ranch was nothing short of a nightmare, and I’m writing this review not just to complain, but to spare others the intense stress and financial betrayal I endured. This entire operation is not about leasing apartments; it's about pushing people into a deceptive contract they don't fully understand. Intentionally.
The application process is emotionally draining and misleading- outright deceitful. Dealing with ...
the leasing agents felt like being intentionally run in circles. Every time I asked a simple, direct question about the lease agreement—they seemed intentionally evasive. They would offer vague verbal estimates and reassuring smiles that completely evaporated the moment the official paperwork was requested. Trying to get a straight answer on utility obligations or community fees was exhausting, and this intentional fog is clearly designed to keep you confused until you are too invested to walk away.
The absolute worst part is the cruel ambush of hidden fees that magically appear on the final lease agreement. The leasing agent wait until you've paid your application fees, you've been approved, and you're emotionally ready to move in, and then they hit you with the actual, inflated costs. These are not minor costs; they added significant, hidden amounts to the advertised rent, turning what looked like a decent deal into a massive, deceitful overcharge.
This complex runs on a business model of deception and manipulation. They bank on you being too tired and stressed from the process to back out when you finally see the true cost. Do yourself a favor, save your mental health and your money, and avoid The Everly at Morrison Ranch at all costs. Outright shameful.
