Fine for the price
February 21, 2023Pros: Apartments are nice and spacious Tons of storage Laundry in unit Really nice pantry space Close to freeway access Really nice upgrades for the price! Cons: Be prepared for thin walls and ceilings/floors Dog park is always covered in dog poop, as residents don't pick up their dog's poop. Hot tub and bbq area says year round, but has been closed for over 2 months. Poor insulation, so a/c and heater will be going constantly.Property Manager Responded

June 29, 2022Apartments themselves are nice inside but management doesn’t follow through with complaints. They said they would watch parking spaces for cars that haven’t moved in months or cars that are not movable and tow them to allow parking for residents that need them. They have never once followed through with that. It’s the most frustrating thing having to park on the other side of the property just to park.Property Manager Responded
