The amenities here are fantastic—always clean and well-maintained, which makes a huge difference. The apartment layouts are great too, really well thought out and comfortable to live in. Since I work remotely, I often use the clubhouse as a workspace, and it’s been a game-changer. It’s a quiet, comfortable spot to focus, and I love having that option when I need a change of scenery. The staff ...is super kind and accommodating; anytime I’ve had a question or needed something, they’ve been helpful and responsive. Our favorite place!
March 14, 2025We have been here almost 5 months and to be honest we are extremely happy! Everything here is always so organize, clean and peaceful. Kenzie and Angelina are great, both of them do an amazing job, they are always profesional and taking care of things, they always solve any situation right away and their customer service is amazing. Maintenance team do their work pretty good and fast, they are super nice! Resort style living in Land O Lakes
March 2, 2025I moved from Arlington, Virginia. I found Everwell at Bexley listing on Apartments.com. It was brand new at the time and wasn’t listed when I went to look at apartments in June. Everwell at Bexley had availability based on my criteria and they worked with me in not only finding a suitable apartment, but were very communicative and patient with about all the questions I had. Renting an apartment sight unseen is not easy. Here is a list of criteria that Everwell at Bexley met: Although the ...building only had 3 floors, there is an elevator. Most 3 story apartments don’t have elevators. My husband is 74 and is done with stairs, never mind the added moving costs of carrying a recliner sofa up 3 sets of stairs. Private parking garage Extra storage space Year round pool access Latest safety standards such as sprinklers in every room Code to latest hurricane standards plus we are inland Proximity to Tampa International airport so my kids can visit from Canada. Proximity to everything such as a Walmart Super Center, Loews, Costco, Tampa Premium Outlets. Proximity to two major highways (589 and 275) We love our very spacious 1700 sf 3 bedroom apartment. Most 3 bedrooms I looked at had an average of 1350 sf. The open concept kitchen, dining and living room area makes quite the impression when you enter the apartment. Add to that the huge wraparound screened in balcony. Morning coffee looking at the pond is a great way to start the morning. We basically live in a nature preserve and I love the peace and serenity. We have so many windows. I love raising all the shades and opening the windows themselves. It feels like you are letting the outside. We are so fortunate to be the first tenants in our apartment and are loving the brand new state of the art appliances. Spacious fridge and dishwasher. Full size washer and dryer. I’ve had so much fun decorating our home. Lastly, the amenities. Fabulous pool area with palm trees, private cabanas and those curvy chairs that sit in the shallow water. It feels like resort living all the time. The clubhouse has a coffee bar that offers many kinds of coffee, including hot chocolate. It offers a pool table, shuffle board and a separate poker room. You can even stop by the leasing office where they offer a wine dispenser (that clinched it, lol). Various grill areas and all the grills work. A large dog park where we are forming a community with other dog owners. The leasing office plans community events every week.Property Manager Responded
