When we came across Exchange at Holly Springs we fell in love instantly and scheduled a tour that same day. We did the application, got the approval and moved in 2 days later. November 9, 2022The Exchange is a resort atmosphere. The spa pool is salt water, and well kept. The gym has free weights and kettlebells and treadmills and weight machines. If something happens, maintenance is speedy and courteous. Living at The Exchange is carefree living. The views are gorgeous sunsets and with change of season there is always a point of interest: the migration of the wonderous butterfly to the beautiful salt water pool. Everything that you need from food to brand new hospital is easy to reach, and close for the walk worthy. The staff provided a warm welcome and (Rebecca) made our transition from CA easy and less stressful because of her willingness to address our questions and concerns. We love our apartment and are sad to go but a work transfer is the only reason we’re having to move. We appreciate the diligence of the office staff to keep the community an enjoyable environment for everyone by enforcing the community policies in place for this ...reason. April 26, 2022Very clean property with great staff and useful amenities. The location is literally walking distance from Walmart, Lowes, grocery stores and fast food.
