My husband and I were searching everywhere for something that fit our little family that was everything we needed and was affordable. When we came across Exchange at Holly Springs we fell in love instantly and scheduled a tour that same day. We did the application, got the approval and moved in 2 days later. The process was quick and the leasing office did everything to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They still check up on us to make sure we’re doing well.

The Exchange is a resort atmosphere. The spa pool is salt water, and well kept. The gym has free weights and kettlebells and treadmills and weight machines. If something happens, maintenance is speedy and courteous. Living at The Exchange is carefree living. Amanda, the manager and her staff are serious about keeping things in order and good condition for residents. They are almost like family. Cheryl O.

We love Exchange at Holly Springs! We needed a middle place to live between selling our house and buying another and this has been perfect. Everything is well taken care of, the staff is so friendly and problems are always addressed and resolved quickly. Having come from a house with a big yard, the nature trail has been so wonderful for daily walks with my kids!

The Exchange at Holly Springs is a beautiful property, which is maintained very well. The views are gorgeous sunsets and with change of season there is always a point of interest: the migration of the wonderous butterfly to the beautiful salt water pool. Everything that you need from food to brand new hospital is easy to reach, and close for the walk worthy. The gym is roomy and kept clean and equipment maintained in working order.

Very clean property with great staff and useful amenities. The location is literally walking distance from Walmart, Lowes, grocery stores and fast food. The only downside is cold hallways in the winter and thin walls where you can hear neighbors often times but for the cost it’s definitely bearable. Overall 5/5 Stars !
