Honest Review
September 27, 2024Totally Objective Review. Very nice place, apartments are brand new, scenery is very pretty; pool is resort style. The Manager has been very nice; and it is close to shopping and eating. Cons: Rent is close to being reasonable, but the add on fees make the Exchange at Juban VERY costly. *Water/sewer, expect about $70.00 per month. (I have never paid separate water/sewer in any apartment, and I have lived in many). *You either buy your own washer/dryer, or pay $65.00 per month rental fee.(Again, ...never paid this before) *Trash-$35.00 per month (trash valet M-F, which is nice, but if I am bringing my own trash to the dumpster on the weekends, why not during the week too). *$195.00 per month for a one car garage( much cheaper at other near by apartments, as well as climate control storage). *$ 5.00 pest control per month, which is cheap, except there is a bug/spider problem, its better to do it yourself) *$ 15.00 to $50.00-Extra Fees per month depending on what level you live on and views you have. *There is a locked door in your apartment with the AC, I can't tell what the filter looks like, and just something about having someone control closets in my apartment. The resident does not get a key to it. *Service Request tickets, I am still waiting for a repair from 2 weeks ago. Overall, it is very nice , buy you definitely pay for it.
