I had just turned 18 and this was the only place that would let me rent years ago. It was a terrible experience and I chose to go back to my mother’s home than stay. Water leaked from the ceiling and they kept saying it was fixed and never was. The walls and floors were so thin I could hear EVERYTHING, like literally the bed creaking back and forth above me. My neighbors were awful, they even got in screaming matches in the hall and called the cops on each other. One morning I awoke to someone ...
throwing clothes and other personal effects (I assume of an ex) into the courtyard. A man was passed out outside my unit once in the courtyard as well. The washer and dryer was terrible too. Just nothing good to talk about. The only positive was that it was cheap and let me lease my own place at 18. Years later I’m so happy I’ll never be in that position again.
