Never Again
March 7, 2018I had just turned 18 and this was the only place that would let me rent years ago. It was a terrible experience and I chose to go back to my mother’s home than stay. Water leaked from the ceiling and they kept saying it was fixed and never was. The walls and floors were so thin I could hear EVERYTHING, like literally the bed creaking back and forth above me. My neighbors were awful, they even got in screaming matches in the hall and called the cops on each other. One morning I awoke to someone ...throwing clothes and other personal effects (I assume of an ex) into the courtyard. A man was passed out outside my unit once in the courtyard as well. The washer and dryer was terrible too. Just nothing good to talk about. The only positive was that it was cheap and let me lease my own place at 18. October 9, 2015I have been a resident here for eight years now. I love it!!! Your close to great food and shopping and highway access is seconds away. It's great having 24 maintenance on site and management is always helpful when needed. The grounds are always nicely maintained even in the winter months! Can't control your heat and they hassle you when you move out
August 10, 2015Yes, the heat is included, but it's baseboard heating and there is a knob, not a temperature gauge. The only way I was able to control the temperature was really to open the window. Parking is a hassle because there's nothing really close to any of the front doors and the one way street makes getting around traffic tough. It was super cheap and it was in decent condition. The ladies in the office were nice, but there was a mistake in billing when I moved out and they didn't properly record my ...last month's rent (probably because I paid it a week early) so I got a disgustingly threatening phone call from someone at the corporate office and while I was trying to understand what he was even talking about, he started yelling at me about how I left garbage in the unit. He then said that the "garbage" was extra lightbulbs that I left under the sink because they only fit those lights and I was trying to be nice in leaving them. If this is all you can afford (it is cheap living, definitely) then it's in a good location, but otherwise I would steer clear of this company.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
