rent is too expensive and near airport
August 23, 2015The rent here is way too high compared to the next building units or to the surrounding areas. The parking space is also very small, very hard to park and your car will inevitably get dinked on the sides. This place is under Van Nuys airport route. So from 6:00am to midnight constant noise from the planes taking off and landing. The good thing is that you don't need an alarm clock in the morning. I didn't have time to look around before signing the lease, so I'm trapped here for a year! If you ...want to break the lease, it's an extra month of rent to break it, not counting the deposit which I didn't know until I signed the lease.
