Beautiful Beach views with Boutiful Balcony
August 14, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comThis spacious one-bedroom, one bath apartment has parquet floors and a surplus of closet space with built-in shelves. The modern, updated bathroom is a generous size with ample storage, and the living/dining room area is quite large, with access to a fabulous patio overlooking a pool, beach and ocean. The patio is large enough for a sitting area, sunbathing, and dining. A must see to believe!

July 9, 2013 - Review from Apartments.comThere is absolutely NO parking available in this neighborhood unless you want to be put on a waiting list and pay $250.00 a month to park in the building's underground garage. Street parking is absurd, and the closest munipal lot is 2 blocks away and is almost always full (also costs an annual parking pass). Building itself is nice, but kitchens are quite small.
