This place is so outdated. The roads in the summer are pothole city and in the winter it's an ice rink because it's never plowed but the rent goes up every year by 3-5%. The neighbors that have been there for years are an entitled headache and will report you over anything. This new blonde property manager is very uneducated on how to manage and doesn't handle anything correctly. Sometimes overcharge you and claim you didn’t pay.
