I've lived here for a while now. Every year the rent goes up and every year the quality significantly goes down. The office hires the cheapest landscapers who hack away the beautiful trees and leave the dead ones there. Unkept grass often. Getting maintenance to come out is nearly impossible because they have too little staff and give them multiple places to turn over at the last minute. We just live with it because it isn't worth the hassle when your tickets just get closed. Amenities fee is ...
$20/per month and barely anything is maintained. Car wash has been broken for over 5 years. Gym equipment often broken down. The fountain in front of the complex has been broken over a year. There used to be a nature trail they just let get overgrown so you can't even use it. Dog waste often piles up without getting changed out. Talking to the leasing office does nothing as they nod their heads and proceed to do nothing to fix anything. I feel like I'm getting ripped off
