October 3, 2025It’s been a few months and I love living here there is plenty of space for my dog to run around we always use the little doggy waste stations. It’s always quiet but not too quiet. And the amenities are amazing and easy to use.Property Manager Responded

September 21, 2025My moving in experience was really stressful. I still have yet to experience what it is to be an Ezelle Resident overall. But from what I have gathered so far, it is ridiculous to get charged for valet trash and still have to take your trash out all the way in a corner of the complex where the trash can be thrown out, there is only one place for the whole complex.Trash is picked up only Monday-Thursday. So the whole weekend you must take your own trash out. The water pressure in the shower feels ...as if your showering with drops of water and you can't get a nice hot shower. The place is aesthetically nice, but it has it's issues.Property Manager Responded

The valet trash service is meant to be a convenience, so you do not have to make frequent trips to the trash compactor. The service is Sunday - Thursday, with Friday and Saturday being the only non pick up days. Additionally, if you would like for us to submit a work order to have maintenance resolve your water pressure issue this can be done conveniently via the resident portal, or you are also welcome to send us an email when you would like for us to do so.
