Avoid
July 3, 2020Lived at Candlelight. The only positive was the location. We had leaking bathroom ceiling whole time (had part of the ceiling fall into the tub at one point). The bathroom constantly had water on the floor from the ceiling leaking. Worn carpets. Roaches. One of the two dryers did not work when we left. The apartment we were being moved into changed and the one we were put in wasn't very well cleaned or repaired. We paid pet deposits and left the apartment squeaky clean (even bought a new blind ...for one bedroom). Still were changed over $700 in pet damage after move out. We've always gotten deposits back because of how well we clean and take care. Considering that we lived in an apartment with a hole in our bedroom wall for months (up to and including the day we moved out), it is hard not to feel we are being charged for money to fix some of the plumbing or other issues in the apartment. Would not suggest moving in here.Property Manager Responded

March 29, 2019FJC Apartments offers a variety of apartments for all lifestyles. If you’re not sure where to move to in Warrensburg, FJC is the no doubt the place for you. Theres a great community of people and supports all walks of life. They allow pets and have reserved parking spaces. Theres very nice common areas and an amazing dog park for dogs to socialize! February 18, 2019The staff that keep the apartments here are great! Very Southern Hospitality and always available to help whatever your need. Dorthy the Manager was so flexible with helping me get my documents taken care of when I was moving in. Keep in mind we did this all digital as I was moving from West Virginia all the way here. (900 Miles Away) She made sure I was always able to keep in contact with her via E-mail/Phone so I could be ready to move in by the day I arrived. She is professional and always ...has her stuff on point. Mr. Lee the Maintenance guy is available 24/7, and can pretty much do anything. He got my stove working within hours of me notifying him that it was bugging out. He also came in at 9pm at night during a snow storm to shovel/salt our side walks so we could walk to our cars safely in the morning for work. Doing all this while he lives an hour away and still comes to make sure we are always taken care of. If your looking for an apartment I recommend you move in and become my neighbor to see for yourself.Property Manager Responded

Beautiful Apartments
February 18, 2019I absolutely love the view, the complex is beautiful and very well put together. The Landlady is so polite and helpful. This is an amazing place for a first apartment. They are dog friendly, and there is a dog park on the complex. They do have dog bags available in the dog area in the center of the complex, which is great! The people who live near me are all incredibly polite. I highly suggest this apartment complex.Property Manager Responded
