It has been an exhausting cycle of dishonesty, poor communication, and unresolved problems. Overall, Flatz432 is dirty, disorganized, and unsafe, with management that is dismissive, disrespectful, and unwilling to take responsibility for anything. Every issue we reported was met with blame-shifting, delays, or outright lies. This experience has been stressful, costly, and deeply disappointing. The staff is unhelpful, they shut the water off at least once ever 2 weeks for “an emergency” sometimes days at a time, the trash pickup services that you have to pay for suck, it would take days for it to be picked up, the inside is cheaply made and it shows, my microwave has been broken for 3 weeks and they keep saying their maintenance guy is “out of town”, packages get stolen constantly because they ...don’t provide safe parcel delivery, and I could go on. Save yourself the annoyance and the money and live somewhere else.Read More
