February 5, 2026From the moment we moved into Flatz432, it has been one issue after another. It has been an exhausting cycle of dishonesty, poor communication, and unresolved problems. Overall, Flatz432 is dirty, disorganized, and unsafe, with management that is dismissive, disrespectful, and unwilling to take responsibility for anything. Every issue we reported was met with blame-shifting, delays, or outright lies. This experience has been stressful, costly, and deeply disappointing. The office employees were very helpful & efficient we actually got our whole apartment picked out and it was quick and easy applying. Kara in office helped us and even showed us a whole tour! Since living at Flatz432 we’ve come across so many beautiful people inside & out. We’ve built friendships with amazing people & even been Blessed by different residents. Not worth the money at all
October 14, 2023I’ve lived here for 6 months and wish so badly that I picked somewhere else to sign a lease. The staff is unhelpful, they shut the water off at least once ever 2 weeks for “an emergency” sometimes days at a time, the trash pickup services that you have to pay for suck, it would take days for it to be picked up, the inside is cheaply made and it shows, my microwave has been broken for 3 weeks and they keep saying their maintenance guy is “out of town”, packages get stolen constantly because they ...don’t provide safe parcel delivery, and I could go on.
