I have been living here for almost 12 years and the front office staff have always been helpful and when things were needed they were prompt and on it. Whenever my washer dryer, stove, micro etc went wrong they replaced them the same day or the very next morning. Very friendly too!

Fair Lawn Commons is a great place to live. It is very convenient if you work in NY since the train station is close by. The schools are exceptional. It's close to the mall and many state parks. It's very safe,has a small playground for kids to play, a gym, and the people at the office are very friendly and helpful. I've been living here for 10 years and I can't complain. It has a very relaxing view of a man made pond which my kids love to watch the ducks swimming by the pond.

Love my three bedroom apartment. Cathedral ceiling, on suite master bedroom, an even larger second bathroom, ample closets! Oh and can't forget my own full size washer and dryer. The kitchen has ample space to create meals to be served in my large dining space. Drinking smoothes on my balcony or cocktails watching fireworks on the 4th. If something breaks calll the office and it is fixed. Plenty of parking. The grounds are maintained through all four seasons. Never have to worry about getting ...
out after a snow storm. Quiet friendly neighbors!
