This is a great place to live. The onsite manager is a young lady that listens and tries to do as much as possible to keep her tenets happy. The apartments are new, clean and very comfortable. The price is very much in line for the area. The area is quite and very clean. The outside is well lit and lots of parking. I highly recommend FairCrest Senior Living

My husband and I moved in November 1st 2019. We absolutely love it here.
The on-site manager is the nicest young lady. The new owners of the building just finished a complete makeover of the community. The lobby area has comfortable seating that allows for people to sit around and talk. There is a community room on the first floor with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, plenty of counter space, a 65 inch TV, free Roku, and a bathroom. There are a lot of community events in this room. You may also ...
reserve the community room for personal events or community events that you are leading. Upstairs (there is an elevator), is a media area with a 65 inch TV, free Roku, very comfortable seating, movie nights, all in an open concept area.
This is a small senior living community. It's only one building with about 42 apartments. The one bedroom apartments are actually a very decent size. In the kitchen, there is a lot of counter and cabinet space. Counter tops are very nice along with the cabinets. It's a very doable kitchen for the size of the apartment. The bedroom is pretty big. So is the living room. The doors are all wide enough to fit a wheelchair or scooter through them. The bathroom has a lot of counter space, cabinets, drawers. The tub is very deep but a little hard to clean. I use a scrub brush that's on a long handle. Bought it on Amazon for pretty cheap. There is a safety bar attached to the wall to help you get in and out of the tub. The water pressure is wonderful. The bathroom is large enough for wheelchair access.
This is a non smoking community. There is a garden that you can choose a plot in, a picnic table, and a patio swing. It's also a great area to grill out.
The heat works very well. The only drawback is that it's electric. WE energies does come out to assist in filling out the application for IHEAP. You can also do budget billing. The heat works amazingly well. The building is very well insulated. I can't speak about the a/c though since we moved in November.
It's a really nice community with a ton of activities.
