Poor management, extra fees

This used to be a great company, but with the acquisition by Coastal, it's been a horrible issue with management. There are a lot of extra fees now, ridiculous increases in electricity costs (each resident has to pay for the "common" area electricity - it used to be divided fairly, now they charge you flat $80 per month), sewage fees, unresponsive management. They charge you $70 a month for "events" and then cancel the events and all the residents are left wondering where the money went. Many ...

residents have sent emails and gotten no clear responses. I've never seen a more poorly managed complex or lack of transparent communication. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I have lived here since the community opened, the Staff is wonderful and the residents have become like family, it’s small high end residence that allows you a private oasis close to short north down town and great spots in Grandview. I've toured several luxury properties all over Columbus, and Fairfax was my final stop and it's levels above any other property in the area it was honestly an easy decision. They hold themselves to a high standard and they make sure they live up to it + surpass it. Paul, Brittnie, and Casey are beyond kind and helpful along with the rest of the staff. A lot of properties throw around the title "luxury" really lightly, but Fairfax blew any expectations I had away.
