January 28, 2020We’ve had a really good experience at Fairfax. The complex is quiet, clean and very well managed. The management staff is timely and makes sure you’re all set! We had a work order put in and it took 24/48 hours to complete and fix our concerns. Much better than anywhere else I’ve lived! Our neighbors are really friendly and the underground garage is THE best thing about this place. I don’t have to worry about shoveling, cleaning my car off and no one can get into the building with a key or ...unlock the garage without a badge! As a first time Mama, this puts me at ease for sure. I also like that there is an App operated laundry! I like that it notifies me when my clothes are done and I can pay with using my IPhone. The days of looking for spare quarters under the couch or visiting the bank are over! Seriously, we really love it here.
