June 24, 2024Many times you have a great experience when you're sold a residence. Everyone is accommodating and helpful during the initial visit. But sometimes things shift when you move in, everything changes, and you see issues. Not so with Fairfax! The kindness, attention to detail, and over-the-top care for the community is something you will not find at any other property. I have lived in communities in many different quadrants of the city. Best Community in Columbus
June 4, 2024I have lived here since the community opened, the Staff is wonderful and the residents have become like family, it’s small high end residence that allows you a private oasis close to short north down town and great spots in Grandview. The amenities are top notch. With a pool/hot tub grill smoker outdoor and inside tv and lots of goodies and snacks! It will be a sad day when the time comes to leave the FairFax. It doesn’t get much better than Fairfax
February 2, 2023I've toured several luxury properties all over Columbus, and Fairfax was my final stop and it's levels above any other property in the area it was honestly an easy decision. They hold themselves to a high standard and they make sure they live up to it + surpass it. Paul, Brittnie, and Casey are beyond kind and helpful along with the rest of the staff.
