    Our 2nd floor apartment was infested with mice (Which we came to find out the tenant before us had the exact same issue) Several weeks and multiple times for maintenance to come back-and-forth. They sent an exterminator about two weeks after the infestation was starting to get out of hand. Exterminator used all of the traps that we purchased. Mice were found in the broiler of our oven however that was deemed to not be eligible for a new oven! And it was only because one of the kind maintenance ...
    people verbally told us we would be getting a new oven that they were then forced to give it to us. Then asked for the lease to be terminated early, however you are unable to speak with anyone above your Concierge about formal decision such as this.

She was very accommodating with my crazy schedule, and clearly knows her stuff when it comes to apartments. She answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful throughout the process. When I was moving in, I met George and Edwin, two of the maintenance staff. My friends and I were attempting to scoot a couch up the stairs (mildly successfully) and they both came to ...

    Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Called Fairfield yesterday and set up an appointment to view an apartment today at 12 PM. The woman, Carol, was very nice on the phone and gave me her cell phone number. I got to the apartment complex today and called her right at 12 to see where in the complex I should meet her since I didn't see her when arriving. She did not answer so I left a voicemail. I waited about ten minutes and then called the leasing office. They said they would try to get a ...
    hold of her and ended up just giving me her cellphone number again. I tried calling again, no answer. A few minutes later I tried texting Carol, again no response. After waiting for a half hour I left. It is now over two hours later and still haven't heard from her. Extremely unprofessional of her to not show up and not even call back with a reason why. Also extremely unprofessional of the leasing office to not even try to apologize or reschedule with me to see the apartment.
