This place sucks!
April 17, 2016My family has lived in these apartments for a year. When we moved in the landlord had said things would be fixed, we looked at the apartment and really liked it. A few things needed fixed but they said it would get fixed soon. The previous tenets of our apartment had broke the trim where the chain hangs, a year later this still is not fixed. We have mentioned it many times and have gotten the same response "We will get right on it." After moving in, we found out that the apartments have ROACHES! ...We have asked to have the place bombed and sprayed. We have called the department of health and still this issue has not been resolved. They did spray regularly for a little while then after us complaining they went and bought raid bomb stuff (this was in December) and bombed the building. Since doing so, they have not sprayed anything. The prices are great don't get me wrong but the landlord is horrible. Just recently, the buildings water heater broke (water and gas is included) on a Saturday. We had called the maintenance man and landlord and they both said it will be fixed. We have gone 2 days with no hot water. They said that a piece broke and that they could not go buy the piece until Monday because the stores are closed. Lowes, Ace, Menards, Walmart etc all open Sundays! DO I recommend these apartments? NO! Stay clear away from here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
