I love living here. I have spent over half my life in this community and I am so happy here. My apartment is so spacious that I forget I am living in an apartment because it feels like a house to me. The leasing staff is very professional and the maintenance is great. Lots of great amenities and the best view of the 4th of July fireworks right outside my door every year! Highly recommend.

Went on Sunday to look for a townhouse and had a horrible experience at the North and South with Donna! She was so rude!! She put her hand in my face and spoke at me told me to be quiet and to stop talking! I’ve never been so insulted and it definitely cost her a listing!! I will never ever go back there! DO NOT RECCOMEND!!

Feel like I'm on vacation every day !!

The apartments are a good size for the money and the staff is responsive and polite. Any issues are usually fixed within a few days. The snow removal is pretty good as they will send in a group of guys to dig out all the cars and parking spaces. They need to do a better job putting down salt on the walkways as many people have fallen and gotten hurt. The basketball court is great but is only opened on the weekends. The gym is extremely limited and doesn't have much equipment.

The apartments are beautiful with large bedrooms, plenty of closet space. Central Air and ceiling fans. I have a two-bedroom, two bath home, with a w/d and garage. Rent includes landscaping, snow removal, swimming pool, two fitness centers, indoor basketball court, . Very friendly neighbors. I love living here and want to stay.
