My family and I recently moved here at this apartment complex. So far, we are very satisfied with it. My favorite things about our unit is that we have our own laundry inside and the bedroom is large enough to share with our baby. Most neighbors are friendly. Thank God we found Mrs. Dawn. She helped us with the application process from the beginning until the end.

The maintenance guy over here is rude and irresponsible. Also, the customer care employees are super rude and arrogant. Against these kind of services, they charge highest rent in the whole U.S.!!!!!!!

I lived at this complex when it was Villa de EST Since Fairfield took over the upgrades are nothing short of amazing the grounds are clean the apartments are beautiful. I’ve come into her three times and yesterday I called dawn she met with me showed me the unit gave me the application and I submitted it today.
