I have been complaining about termite in my apartment for the past month, got no respond from no one about my concern that we have termite flying in my living room, Bathroom is full of termite. our apartment especially at night is full of termite, kitchen counter and every crack on floor and walls, termite are flying out . its really disgusting. we have emailed and complained. two guys came in to our apt like 20 days ago; ...
confirmed its termite but no one is doing anything about it or at least I have not seen any changes. I have not been up dated that if they have done anything to take care of this situation. my family don't even feel comfortable in our own home. I'm hoping that they would take care of this soon.

It’s been nearly a year since I moved into Fairfield Jericho townhomes. I left manhattan during the pandemic. I saw a lot of places, but what sold me on this place was Jackie, the leasing agent. She was incredibly genuine, kind, patient and I think she keeps a good handle on the property and places nice people. She still knows my name, and says hello if she sees me. There is a sense of community here. Very good for dog owners. Mgmt is accommodating, and i like that I have my own 1 bedroom duplex ...

The leasing and agents are very good and they realize that this will be your home. Apartments are just okay. They are new appliances but kind of...well stinky.
However, the 2 star rating is due to the maintenance. Never in 30 years of living in approx 6 different apartment communities have I ever experienced such incompetence in a maintenance crew. They cannot seem to fix anything and imply that you are lying about the issue and whatever it is that is broken is actually working fine. Forget ...
about if you have an intermittent problem. They just simple ignore you.
I leave it up to the renter coming in but the tenants here seem to generally feel the same way. Too bad because if not for maintenance, it would have gotten 2 more stars. Be sure to ask for their maintenance records before renting.

Poorly renovated "new" apartments

Don't believe the hype about the newly renovated apartments. Very disappointed. They promised move-in dates months earlier and they weren't ready. By the time the place was completed, it was below average. In fact, nothing was ready with ants everywhere. The prices are ridiculously high for tiny apartments, poorly run maintenance dept.

Since Fairfield has taken over Home Properties on Brush Hollow road the maintenance department has been terrible. I rented two units; first a 2bedroom then a 3 in the space of two years and in both apartments, I had ants. The ants are large and everywhere. I found ants on my pillow, in the bathroom, the kitchen and more places throughout my apartment. We have left many messages and even spoken to the crew when we happen to see them about doing something. It’s been over two weeks and we still ...
