Terrible experience
December 30, 2021The manager maddona is the ruddest person i've ever met, she will ask you to call her just so she can yell at you and there are so many bad reviews of her everywhere and no one is taking action. All they care about it money, money and money, they will charge $75 if you leave 2 bags of trash outside even after they cancel trash pick up for a week, they wont fix any of the doors so basically no security, they even sent an email asking us to look for our packages cause they are most likely getting ...stolen. Also they ask you to take picture of other neighbors just so they can fine them for any stupid reason. MAKE YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT STAY IN THESE APARTMENTSRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Going down..
March 18, 2021The property is in a nice spot. It is convenient for things. I am on my second year living here and I have watched the property start to go down. It seems like all areas not around the pool are neglected. Flowerbeds are non-existent, even before the winter storm....now what was there is just dead and brown. You can see all the hoses in the flower beds bc there is no mulch left anywhere. There is trash and dog poop in so many spots. It is really gross. I see trash or dog poop every time I walk ...outside and drive into the property. Also there is mold and algae starting to grow on the buildings all over outside and paint is all chipping off. It is really sad bc it was a beautiful property. Very disappointing.Property Manager Responded

January 27, 2021Loved this place! Definitely a really up kept and beautiful community. Candise definitely helped me out and was always there when needed. The other staff, like Brianna, were also a big help! This complex also has great amenities that are literally around the corner and has an access gate to get to the HEB next to it. January 25, 2019I relocated from out of state last year, and after looking at eight potential residences, decided firmly on Fairfield Ranch. The quality of the accommodation is top-notch, the staff attentive, friendly and can-do, and the location, central to major freeways and all of the amenities I could ask for, really make this the best place to live. I knew this was where I should be since the day I moved in, and feel grateful every day to call this complex home. Nice apartment, not so nice management!!

The reason I gave it three stars is because of management, and too many things have been happening in my apartment. Some women in their should not be working with people. The best place I have ever lived
March 1, 2016I moved into the apartment and i was floored by how it was laid out. The design itself is just beautiful. I had no issues whatsoever. The dishwasher water wasn't hooked up and i put the request in, about 2 hours later they came and hooked it up. They are very attentive to service requests. The staff is so pleasant and they are easy to work with. I am moving out in April and I am sad to go. Nothing but great things
February 9, 2016I have lived at Fairfield Ranch Apartments since July 2015. Everything starting from the initial meeting and paperwork has been nothing short of a wonderful experience. They genuinely care about their residents and will go out of their way to address any of your concerns. I ran into a little financial trouble one month and had to be three days late on my rent. I called them and explained my situation and they were happy to work with me as long as it did not become a regular issue. Packages are ...always kept safe, grounds are clean, I have never once had issues with noise. There is a newborn baby in the apartment right next to mine and I could count the number of times I have heard it faintly crying on one hand. It's a newborn, I am positive that it has cried much more than that, but the sound proofing is very good. New, stainless steel appliances. Laminate on all floors, no trouble makers.
