It leaks/floods every single time it snows, and always during strong rain. Management does not care about anything except your rent check. RUN AWAY

Moved here expecting luxury living at $2300 a month. I've experienced nothing but frustration. Tonight is currently the 5th time the heats not working(it's always when it's cold too). Building under construction so always noisy and hallways are nasty for the past six months-never been cleaned! To add, we've experienced no hot water, leaking windows and unassigned parking fiascos. It looks nice, that's the only positive.
