Great property, but Fairfield is a headache
January 13, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comIt's a nice quiet community, spacious, lots of green space, relatively clean minus the people who don't pick up their dog's wastes. Maintenance crew arguably the best thing about this place, they respond so quickly and promptly. I enjoy living here. However, Fairfield management is difficult to work up. Never got my security deposit back, they denied it saying I never gave 30-day notice but that is a lie. When I ask them to reflect back on an email that was sent out 30 days in advance they ...ignore me, also stating I didn't move out until June but I had long returned my keys in May. So much miscommunication but they only communicate by email and do not pick up their phones. They also did not keep their end of the promotion for 1/2 month free rent, and only gave ~12 days of free rent. When inquired about it their only response was that they couldn't uphold the 15 day agreement but no reason.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

November 6, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comGreat community, great apartments, excellent and friendly staff. My only issue is the noise from other residents. You can hear when residents walk especially if they reside above you and worse if they have younger children. Walls are very thin you can hear residents having conversations etc..etc. There is a 10:00pm quiet time but no one adheres to it.Property Manager Responded

I have been living here for 7 months. All Bozzuto management and maintenance staff are very quick and friendly. Everything is online you don’t have to call the office for little things. Every material being used in the apartment is very beautiful and of good quality. All apartments are being constructed in a very modern style. Good year 1 then price goes up
February 1, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comInitial lease pricing is high for the location, but being newly built and pretty nice was acceptable. Then renewal approaches and they not only increase the rent, but add separate fees with things that were previously included as part of the monthly rent. Included in first year rent, then added as additional costs for year 2: Community fee, parking, trash removal, water, sewer. Combined with the increase in rent itself, and it results in 8-10% higher rent in year 2, not the 3.5-5% increase ...they try to describe it as. I feel it's being a bit greedy, since the initial new resident pricing itself is still high for the area, resulting in dozens of vacant apartments that they haven't been able to get leased. The apartment itself and community are overall pretty nice, but it's Central Islip, not a premier location that warrants premium pricing, then hefty increases once you are a resident.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded
