Great property, but Fairfield is a headache

It's a nice quiet community, spacious, lots of green space, relatively clean minus the people who don't pick up their dog's wastes. Maintenance crew arguably the best thing about this place, they respond so quickly and promptly. I enjoy living here.

ignore me, also stating I didn't move out until June but I had long returned my keys in May. So much miscommunication but they only communicate by email and do not pick up their phones. They also did not keep their end of the promotion for 1/2 month free rent, and only gave ~12 days of free rent. When inquired about it their only response was that they couldn't uphold the 15 day agreement but no reason.
