Funny I live here and my apartment looks nothing like the pictures they are showing here but they had no problem raising my rent to the prices of the new ones!!!

They just purchased the complex a few months ago and the first thing they did was to increase the rent by 10%. Welcome, Fairfield. :) It was always 3-5% until them.
