January 30, 2023Terribly managed. Stayed here for a year and regretted it every single day. The pictures are from few units that were updated. Most units are old and disgusting. The 'utilities' charges on top of the regular rent are ridiculous (prepare for $400 - $500) additional EACH MONTH.Review from Apartments.com

March 31, 2022Fairfield gives me the impression they’ve never had a unit rented before by how often I’m left dealing with their problems. I could honestly write an essay about how poorly made the newly renovated apartments are, how the appliances constantly have issues, how none of the lights work outside. To call this luxury apartments I like calling McDonalds a 5* restaurant. For how expensive rent is, you can surely find an apartment that isn’t an absolute dump with new paint slapped on the walls.Review from Apartments.com
