Drugs and crime ridden. Place always smells like weed and management does nothing about it. Occasionally you will find drugs in your front yard or on your car. Vehicle break ins happen weekly.
Their front entrance camera is what they consider top notch security.

We were BLOWN AWAY by this property. We’re signing into a Rosewood floorplan & boy oh boy were we floored. Beautiful, spacious & updated bathrooms. Open concept, updated kitchen & appliances, high ceilings, walk in closets, you name it!! The apartment is huge, it doesn’t feel like an apartment at all. The moment we saw it, we were already envisioning our furniture & belongings inside. We can’t wait to call this place home. & we cannot say enough good things about the leasing consultant, Dawn. ...

Met with Dawn this morning to look at Fairfield townhouses in Selden to upgrade to a larger apartment. Dawn was wonderful with the application process. The property was beautiful and the apartments were very spacious. All of the appliances looked brand new and the apartments are around many restaurants and stores.

After seeing about a dozen places, a trip to the Townhouses at Selden and our meeting with Dawn was a breath of fresh air as well as our last stop! Her guidance through this process has been a major reason we plan on moving in. The unit that we were able to take a look at is exactly the model we will be going with and is absolutely stunning! So much space, clean and captivating! Truly seems as if the precent set here is to be a notch better than the rest, in all ways possible! Thank you!

A Beautiful and Peaceful Community

We moved into our wonderful home at Westfield Green back in January and we love this wonderful complex. There seems to be some reviews on here that may confuse some folks so I am here to write an authentic review for anyone wishing to move here.
The Units: There is a choice for an upstairs unit that has very high ceilings, a large grand room, and a massive loft with balconies on the main floor and the loft floor. The downstairs unit is similar in layout to the upstairs but has 9’ ceilings as ...
well as a garage and massive unfinished basement as opposed to loft.
The Noise: If living downstairs you do hear some footsteps from above but not disturbing at all. I have heard stories of worse. As far as your next door neighbor..nothing at all.
The Grounds: A bocce court, basketball court, pool, community area, fire pit, and a putting green make this place very unique! The grounds are well kept and make the place look beautiful. Management is kind and responsive to any issue that I have inquired about and Katie, the person that showed us the place and is on property throughout most of the day, is very kind.
The Parking: If you live in an upstairs, you are assigned one spot, if you live in a downstairs you have a long driveway that can fit two cars but also has a garage. There is always ample parking including nights and weekends. Other than that, plenty of spots. Every resident was informed of the parking situation before choosing their apartment.
Safety: I feel very safe here. There is an automatic gate that reads a sticker on your windshield to open it. Gate is closed from 6PM-6AM automatically. There is a security guard on the property as well that does make rounds throughout the night. We once went to get the mail late at night and he drove up to us asking if everything is okay.
Pool: This has been a bit of an issue with residents reserving multiple chairs. Chairs were limited but it looks like they got a ton more so this shouldn't be an issue as they also sent out multiple communications regarding it.
Maintenance: The building is very new and is settling with the weather. Sometimes there may be a crack in a ceiling or grout. Every time we submitted a maintenance request it has been answered and dealt with within 24 hours.
There are a bunch of reviews out there from a disgruntled resident using different names/accounts so make sure you take the time to visit the complex and speak with the residents to get the real feel of the place!
