Since I don't have a car this is a perfect location to live I can get around easily and all the stores are nearby. My job is also close by. Maintenance staff/Rental Agent is great always helpful when I need something they are right on it. I would definitely recommend this property to people. Tim

I have been living here about 3 years. The employees have been very helpful in anything that I need. The grounds are always kept very beautiful and clean. Maintenance has been excellent. When I came to rent here the rental agent was great she kept me on a list for an apartment and notified me when one was available and the process was very easy and she was very helpful when I moved in.

I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and I have been extremely happy, it is very well run, I have no complaints. When I first moved in here I was having a hard time and I was very depressed after selling my home and Fulya the leasing agent who sold me my apartment made the process very easy and moving here was a great decision. The staff Hector, Luis, Shelden and Thomas are amazing. My Ac unit broke and I got a new one as soon as they could get it and I also had water coming in from my bedroom ...

Do not move here!!! They lie about everything. The gym they tell you is going to be redone. I've been here 5 years every piece of equipment is broken. There is not guard EVER!!! No parking you get ticket after ticket from the town. The is mold in apartments huge water bugs. The maintence crew is so nasty and bully you if you ask to have anything fixed. All the laundry machines are broken and rob you of your money. The rent goes up and they upkeep NOTHING!! Run from this place.

Apartment wasn't finished when we moved in, though the checklist was supposedly complete. Maintenance will take months for simple fixes (almost 5 months to mount our dishwasher and replace the fire hazard that was our bathroom exhaust fan), but I can't blame them, because they seem to be overworked. Company that owns the property is essentially useless when you need them. They either don't answer the phone, or will give conflicting answers to important questions. Parking is terrible, apartments ...
have a lot of bugs, takes forever to remove snow, laundry room is terrible, etc. If there's anything positive I can say, the location is ideal for those who need to use the parkway for their commute, and there are plenty of retail shops and restaurants in the area.
