I've lived here for a year now, and I wouldn't rent here again. Buyer beware, you will be paying $75 in mandatory hidden fees PER MONTH once you move in, not including utilities. Ask them about Luxor package room fee ($5), Valet trash services that rarely even comes around ($25), pest control fee ($5), Admin fee ($5), and water reimbursement fee ($35) all of which you will pay monthly whether or not you use these services. They have the audacity to raise these fees annually too. Utilities are ...
also expensive as the apartments are very poorly insulated. Management will raise your rent and are not willing to negotiate at all (which is why they currently have so many empty apartments). The walls are not sound proof in the slightest, you will hear every movement and pinprick form your neighbors. Maintenance is very inexperienced, they provide temporary or otherwise poor solutions to problems. They are responsive, though, to be fair. Management sucks at communicating. They notified us that an Xfinity contractor would be entering our apartments during a specific time to perform maintenance on the internet ports. The contractor came in at a completely different time a week later and without permission, destroying my laptop charger in the process. When I notified management, they just shrugged and offered a superficial apology. Within the last year, my apartment has also flooded (which they offered a $150 concession for damages in all fairness). The front gates are always being rammed by people so are never actually functional. Overall, poor experience and I would not live here again.

I had a terrible experience with Fairlane Meadows. I scheduled a tour with my local guide and drove for 5 hours to reach the complex, only to have them cancel the tour last minute, citing construction as the reason. They could have informed us earlier in the morning or even before, but they didn't bother. When we expressed our frustration about the long drive wasted, they were incredibly rude and showed zero respect for their clients. I strongly advise against considering this place for renting; ...

My son lives here while going to school and he loves it. Office is SUPER helpful and maintenance fast! I love that there is open land and is so quiet but close enough to not be an inconvenience for my son who doesn't have a car.

Management is horrible never can get a whole of them and maintenance people never fix anything at all. Then we have to pay for trash removal when they never come get the trash the trash be sitting outside for days rats and squirrels be all in the trash eating the trash. Rent too expensive for these small apartments I’m glad I’m not staying here anymore it’s horrible.

I regret renting here, it’s far from luxurious and poorly maintained. Serious pest reoccurring problems and LOUD OBNOXIOUS DISRESPECTFUL NEIGHBORS. Trash valet doesn’t pick up trash in a timely manner rendering the service obsolete, it’s better you take your own trash out unless you want to invite critters and bugs into it to end up with a ripped bag that valet can’t pick up by then. I must say I really hate living here I have had problems with this place from the very beginning! And then when they transferred me over to another unit I am still not satisfied! The rent here is absolutely RIDICULOUS that we have to pay to hear big rats running in the walls all night the trash people some times can take days to collect rats chew they the bags because there are some neighbors over here who are careless and do not use the trash bins at all! The quality of these apartments are just very low I hate taking showers in my tub because it’s just coats and coats of paint over it after each resident and it’s just horrible and I am so ready to leave this place I never considered this place my home at all I have been very uncomfortable living here since I moved in when I had the chance before transferring I should have just said never mind about this place ! nightmare apartment

I don’t normally write reviews for anything but this apartment sucks. The rent is way to high to having the problems that I’m experiencing. There’s a spider AND an ant problem and the only thing they do is come in and spray the apartment and it’s half done. I also see mice running around outside at night. I won’t be renewing my lease!

I walked into the main office building to find out some more information about these apartment complexes and the women at the desk was extremely rude and had an attitude. I do not recommend coming here to even look for an apartment.

I spent a year here when I moved up for work. It was close to work for me (5 minutes) and this was great. They fixed most issues in a timely manner. Property was beautiful. The gym renovation when I was there felt like a downgrade because they got rid of machines. More machines would have been better. My townhome was nice, I enjoyed the two story. Only issues were the walls were thin, so I can here my neighbors blasting music on one side, and yelling on the other. Rent was raised $100 for no ...

My first negative experience was on my move in date itself. I was told to arrive for moving in at 9 in the morning and as I reached there with all my luggage, I am told we can't give you the keys as we are not done with maintanence yet. First day moving in the dishwasher and my kitchen drawer were broken. A week later they finally fixed my dishwasher and in regards to the drawer I was told to "insert it a certain way" so that it stays on track... When my new dishwasher was finally installed they broke the "wood" in my kitchen that covers the floor. Turns out it's not actually wood but a fake covering that is now cracked. The tiles leading up to my bathtub are all cracked, and the tiles under my kitchen and bathroom sink are ...
completely un-leveled and falling into themeselves. This was all reported my first day moving in and nothing has ever been done. The window in my bedroom was broken and could not be opened. A maintenance man came and broke the window open resulting in it no longer being able to be closed. He then nailed it shut and I was told it would take weeks for a new window to arrive. After waiting I called management and was informed the maintence man who took the measurements quit and therefore the order for my new window was never sent. I dealt with a draft above my head for months. This isn't comparable to the first rain fall I experienced that saw a leak from the skylight in my bathroom or the only two times I ever took a bath that resulted in flooding of my kitchen floor from the ceiling/floor from the second floor.... In regards to the rain the pathway up to my house from the parking lot to my door floods so much that the water level reaches ankle depth. After two years of dealing with this I finally reported this with proof of pictures and video where management was apologetic but ultimately unsympathetic when it came time to compensate me for the damages to my foot ware. In my two going on three years of living here I have never had grass in front of my home but just a field of dirt. Upon reporting this the response I receive is that the branches of the trees on the property are blocking the sun and therefore grass cannot grow. Shuttles come and go for residents to utilize causing an unsafe experience when trying to walk to them from their homes because there is no sidewalk along the main road, so people are forced to walk in the street pushing baby carriages next to constant traffic. The gate is broken ever so often that anyone who pleases can enter the property without being buzzed in. The pools are constantly being used after hours by people I can only assume are patrons that cause so much noise during mandatory "quiet hours" that it makes it hard to sleep.
