    The management team is more focused on charging as much as possible regardless of the truth or not. The actual place was nicer than average since they are newer buildings, but when Fairmount Oaks took over, they added a bunch of extra charges that increased our payments about 30%.

  • “Charged for carpet replacement with no damage — completely unfair.”

    Zero Stars. Charged for carpet replacement with no damage. I lived there 15 months, no pets, no shoes on the carpet, and management ignored my dispute. Never got photos or a proper move-out statement. I had to pay just to protect my credit. The charge was almost the same as one month’s rent. Very unfair and unprofessional—document everything if you rent here.

    I have enjoyed living here for over a year now! Ms. Rodriguez has always been kind and helpful every time I come in the office with questions. She has a pleasant and professional attitude all the time which is important to me with the staff of where I reside! She has always taken the time to make sure living here has been smooth sailing! The apartments are gorgeous and this is a great community to live in! Very safe place to live and close to shopping centers!

    My girlfriend rents these apartments, as I am from Oklahoma and have an apartment there, but these are the best apartments I have stayed at. I’ve stayed here off and on over the past year since we are long distance. When I work from home it is so quiet. I can sit on the patio with my dogs work or I can work inside and it’s equally as quiet and relaxing. During the summer last year I worked by the pool a few times super chill and relaxing.     minor issue maintenance has come immediately to come repair it. Everyone in the office is super sweet, empathetic but I’ve really gotten to know Fran the office manager. She is amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure we are all taken care of. These are honestly the best apartments I’ve lived/stayed in. Oklahoma apartments could never be so friendly, or well maintained.

    Great office staff, always helpful & quick. I had a couple issues with moving in and they jumped right in to assist,..hey're efficient and i love my new apartment.

    Moving in was such a smooth & easy process! The place is so pretty & the staff are so friendly! When dealing with multiple different complexes to find the best fit for us, the staff at Vantage were the best we talked to by far!

    Had a decent experience here until the freeze here recently. I haven’t had water for 2 days now. Maintenance personal came and said they had to put it on hold because they had to let the pipes thaw and said it was because I didn’t leave my faucet dripping. I actually did leave my faucets dripping like I always do when it’s freezing. I was told that many apartments are without water right now & the maintenance personal had no sense of urgency in fixing the issue. I’m having to take care of ...
