February 1, 2024PLEASE BEWARE. This apartment complex is horrible, it may look nice but that's about it. They are very poorly executed with a VERY cheap build. You can literally hear everything around you LITERALLY from your neighbors around you on all sides to people walking in the hallway. January 22, 2024Prose Fairview does NOT care about their residents. If you have an issue you will 2-7 days before hearing anything unless you call. I would not recommend residing here especially if there’s an emergency situation occurring because they will not act on your behalf. September 22, 2023Prose Fairview is a nice apartment community with a lot of potential that is sometimes dragged down by the people who live there. The grounds are well maintained and the apartment units themselves are beautiful. However, noise travels very easily from one unit to another, especially if you're on a lower floor, and noise from the pool area can be excessively loud and will sometimes continue late at night, well after the pool area is supposed to be closed. I've never had to make maintenance ...requests or had to deal with management much, but they've always been professional and courteous in my experience. This can be a great place to live, but I would recommend getting a third floor unit away from the pool if possible.Property Manager Responded

August 18, 2023Upon my job search for an apartment I always look for open floorplans and details. Prose Fairview really stuck out to me for their counter tops, bath tubs, and closet space. I've always wanted a huge walk-in closet. Though it's high and they didn't think about us short people (LOL), its wonderful and spacious. Also the mail room is top notch, pool area is awesome and the fitness room over looking the pool is great. All bonuses if you ask me.Property Manager Responded

August 12, 2023Beware of this apartment complex, they make look great on the outside and inside with the hardwood floors and kitchen island and amenities, but these apartments are not great. The walls are very THIN, and there is no sound barrier, and it's horrible when you have loud neighbors above you like we do, you will hear everything, and the finishes could’ve been executed better.
