Already Bad Communication
January 15, 2024You cannot get anyone to return your call or find out any information about the apartment if they already doing this now what are they going to do when they get residents.Review from Apartments.com
No Response
October 4, 2023I hate to leave a bad review but you get no answer from anyone. I got in contact with someone in reference to the property 2/3 months ago. Was told they would be ready October. However I still have not heard anything. I don’t know when they will be done the property has been getting worked on forever. Website shows date for December 2022, but they still working on them. Idk when they will be available, but I didn’t renew my lease assuming they’d be done as this website showed October 1st ...available for move in. Hope it’s up soon . October 2, 2023I have called all 3 numbers listed for this property! It will ring and someone will answer and hang up repeatedly! Today’s customer service and finding people that are eager to do there job just do not exist anymore!!! I have been trying to get in contact with this complex for two months and it’s the same results NOTHING! I even drive past the complex and the number listed no longer works!Review from Apartments.com
