Huge Apartments and Super Nice People
December 19, 2015Recently we were looking to move to a cheaper location from Riverside. We looked for months- the high desert area has more low income apartments than regular income apartments. Everybody is full or the apartments were a complete dump. After a frustrating few months we were on our way back down the hill and saw a golf course. We drove around to see what may be around there. We came upon Fairway Manor and saw that they were closed on Saturdays. My son and I walked around and it was so quiet and ...beautiful landscape- I asked a lady in the laundry room how she liked it-She said she and her family love it- a few managers have come and gone- but it was great. She said if I knocked on the door the manager would probably help me although it says closed . We were walking back to our car, and a lady was in front- gardening. She looked at us and said" oh Hi, can I help you find a unit? Are you here to visit somebody? " It ended up being the manager. And we ended up living here. Our experience has been good, the community as a whole in Victorville is a little rough for us, but our home is perfect. A hard working staff that really gets a lot of stuff done.
