April 6, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI’ve seen it all. I grew up here and I’ve stayed here because I love it so much. The pool is so nice and the neighbors are diverse and friendly. Tbh I walk around at night in the summer barefoot and it feels like a quiet country park. It’s THAT quiet AND CLEAN. You CANNOT find a better maintenance crew.Maria is our home girl and she truly runs the show. The apartments are stylish and updated but the porch/balconies/patios are truly the cherry ontop. Not to mention family oriented. We still have ...trick or treaters!!!! Great grassy areas for pets too and the gym is hardly ever used. I would recommend it for everyone. Not to mention the private garages make life so much easier. I never have to fight for parking and it’s included in rent. They installed us a new microwave, oven, dishwasher, and W&D units (all full sized) thru out the years. Feel free to paint and hang photos, they have a professional “move out” procedure that resets each apt for the next family. Never had a package stolen. The Amazon/pizza/mail people know the area and if they struggle it ends up at the office and a mass email goes out. This community definitely upholds an expectation of respect. CONS; the handi cap apartments are not for everyone. I do not recommend ONLY because the driveways here can be steep in some spots and that might be difficult for a wheelchair user. Other than that the crew is willing to bend over backwards to do whatever you need for accommodations.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

It is so quiet and peaceful here and the neighbors are fantastic! I am so happy I made this move! All I have to do here is live....the staff takes care of everything! Such a peaceful, quiet and safe living environment!

We picked this place in part because of the high ratings the management team had online, and they've really lived up to it. The maintenance team is also terrific and very responsive. The apartments themselves are great (the attached garage is fantastic) and just felt cleaner than any other place we looked at. The location is pretty amazing for someone moving into the area. It's two minutes from the ...highway and there are a couple dozen restaurants within 10 minutes either direction. The location/price/what was included fit what my wife and I wanted in an apartment. The staff has made it the place we want to be for several years. Highly recommended.Read More

Animals aside, great location, really amazing staff and any repair/maintenance issues will be handled promptly.

September 20, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comAs much as I would love to have a two bedroom apartment in this apartment complex, It's so popular It's never available. I personally know couple of people living here and they (and I) absolutely love the living experiences here. The maintenance team are always quick to help and the office staffs treat their lessees like friends. Pool opens during the summer and it was always so clean and enjoyable. I got divorce and moved into a terrible apartment two years ago, so I decided I was going to find a better place that felt more like home. My new place is so beautiful tucked away in a wooded area, but yet on the other side has every store I need to go shopping at or handle business. Also I have my own garage, and entry way, very private, I don't hear any of the other neighbors. There is a pool and workout area, almost feel like your own, low traffic. The landscape is ...impecible and cheery.. I love this place they also offer free Starbucks coffee to tenants in front office. I would stay here for life!!! ;)Read More

April 16, 2014 - Review from Apartments.comI’m so happy that after looking at a number of places, I’ve finally made the right decision by choosing Fairway Park Apartments. This place is very quiet, the landscaping is wonderful, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. On my day of moving in, the apartment was amazingly clean. I tried to vacuum the floor before moving in my belongings, but after 10 minutes I had to give up because my new vacuum cleaner had picked up essentially nothing. Fairway Park is the cleanest apartment complex ...that I’ve ever lived in. If one is to look for a quiet and clean place to live in, this is the place. One more thing, the attached garage offers great convenience. Unless I miss something, Fairway Park seems to be the only apartment complex in this area that offers attached garages.Read More
