June 6, 2016My wife and I have been living here for more than a year and a half now and absolutely love it. We picked this place in part because of the high ratings the management team had online, and they've really lived up to it. The maintenance team is also terrific and very responsive. The apartments themselves are great (the attached garage is fantastic) and just felt cleaner than any other place we looked at. The location is pretty amazing for someone moving into the area. It's two minutes from the ...highway and there are a couple dozen restaurants within 10 minutes either direction. The location/price/what was included fit what my wife and I wanted in an apartment. March 10, 2016Great place to live if you do not have pets. If you do, prepare to pay for new carpet when you move out-regardless of the condition of your apartment. One bedroom Apartment in Fairway Park Apartments
September 20, 2015As much as I would love to have a two bedroom apartment in this apartment complex, It's so popular It's never available. I personally know couple of people living here and they (and I) absolutely love the living experiences here. The maintenance team are always quick to help and the office staffs treat their lessees like friends. Pool opens during the summer and it was always so clean and enjoyable. August 13, 2015I love my new apartment. I got divorce and moved into a terrible apartment two years ago, so I decided I was going to find a better place that felt more like home. My new place is so beautiful tucked away in a wooded area, but yet on the other side has every store I need to go shopping at or handle business. Also I have my own garage, and entry way, very private, I don't hear any of the other neighbors. There is a pool and workout area, almost feel like your own, low traffic. A Wonderful Place to Live in
April 16, 2014I’m so happy that after looking at a number of places, I’ve finally made the right decision by choosing Fairway Park Apartments. This place is very quiet, the landscaping is wonderful, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. On my day of moving in, the apartment was amazingly clean. I tried to vacuum the floor before moving in my belongings, but after 10 minutes I had to give up because my new vacuum cleaner had picked up essentially nothing. Fairway Park is the cleanest apartment complex ...that I’ve ever lived in. If one is to look for a quiet and clean place to live in, this is the place. One more thing, the attached garage offers great convenience.
