October 28, 2025Bathtub/Shower Water Leak Water was spraying out from behind the knob to turn on the water for the tub/shower. It was a Sundays so I had to call the emergency number. The phone was answered, report taken, and just very few minutes later, maintenance had called and explained he was on his way. He rectified the issue expeditiously!
