Great place Nice place to live. Just tired of rent going up every year and no improvements have been made for awhile.

About Fairway Park
Fairway Park is located in the rolling hills of Independence, Kentucky. Located just across the street from the Kenton County Golf Course, Fairway Park has a brand new clubhouse with a state of the art fitness center and a sparkling swimming pool. All of our units have stellar views of either our community lake, the Kenton County Golf Course or a wooded view. Every unit has a spacious patio or deck to enjoy the outdoors all year long. Our fully renovated units offer stainless steel appliances, open floor plans and washer and dryers in unit. Our third floor units all have vaulted ceilings and many of our third floor renovated units also have built in bookcases and fireplaces.

A/C Unit Recharge Request for A/C unit recharge. My apartment had gotten up to 91° ans couldn't cool it. I was surprised how fast maintenance responded and rectified the problem completely. I honestly can't remember if the response was later the same day or the next day but it was quick

Bathtub/Shower Water Leak Water was spraying out from behind the knob to turn on the water for the tub/shower.
It was a Sundays so I had to call the emergency number. The phone was answered, report taken, and just very few minutes later, maintenance had called and explained he was on his way. He rectified the issue expeditiously! His immediate response eliminated any threat to property damage.
