About Fairway Place Apartments - New
Fairway Place Apartments is a new community in a prime location near schools, shopping, dining, and recreation, with easy access to OH-29 and Havemann Road. It’s also next to Celina Lynx Golf Club, offering scenic views, plus a pond for kayaking and fishing, and just 5 minutes from Grand Lake St. Marys. Community amenities include a clubhouse with fitness center and kitchenette, green space, grilling stations, and pet-friendly living. These apartments feature an open-concept layout with great natural light, a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a large peninsula, a cozy dining and living area, and an attached patio (first floor units only). There is also a washer and dryer located in the unit for your convenience. Furnished options may be available for an additional amount each month (18-month lease required). Additional details: - Utilities: Tenant sets up their own electric & cable/internet; Tenant billed back monthly for water/sewer/trash - Pet Policy: $250 non-refundable pet fee/pet + $40/month - first pet & $25/month - second pet, 2 pets max To schedule a showing, please call our leasing office.
